Cathodic Delaminator Model 602

The Model 602 cathodic delaminator is intended for quick product quality inspections and routine quality control checks of coated metals. This testing device consists of a supply unit and a temperature control vessel (immersion vessel) with eight test vessels and an immersion thermostat. Each test container has its own constant current source. Up to eight specimens can be sampled independently of each other. The cathodic delaminator can determine undercutting of the coating at the damaged area and can make faulty pre-treatments visible (e.g. formation of blisters from needle-type punctures, scratches or stone impacts).
