Surface Analysis System GRITSCAN

The GRITSCAN analysis system is a combined hardware/software solution which automatically evaluates flat bombardment images, it can be connected via USB cable to conventional laptops or PCs (provided by the user). This device is used to evaluate the resistance to stone impacts, in accordance with EN ISO 20567-1. The results are displayed as characteristic values ​​(0 – 5) according to the calculation described in EN ISO 20567-1. The image evaluation is carried out in accordance with EN ISO 21227-2. The GRITSCAN provides automatic evaluation and documentation of bombardment images. Its specially developed lighting technology (LED) allows an evaluation via different contrast levels. The user can easily adapt their evaluation to the requirements of the test.
